Who we are

Scope

This policy covers our public websites (including usechaac.com) and our consumer apps published under the Chaac name, including EasyPix PDF. Product-specific details appear below where practices differ.

Information we collect

Depending on the product you use, we may process:

• Contact information you send us voluntarily (for example, when you email support).
• Website technical data such as standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) that may be generated when you visit our sites.
• Device permissions content that you choose to grant an app access to (for example, photos), used only to provide the feature you request.

We do not require an account to use EasyPix PDF. We do not sell personal information.

EasyPix PDF

EasyPix PDF converts photos into PDF documents on your device. When you use the app:

• The app may request access to your photo library so you can select images to convert. Photos are used locally to create the PDF you request.
• Conversion is designed to happen on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not upload your selected photos to Chaac servers as part of the conversion flow.
• You control sharing: after a PDF is created, you may share it through the system share sheet or other apps you choose. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies.

If EasyPix PDF later adds optional analytics, crash reporting, or cloud features, we will update this policy and describe those practices before they apply.

Websites and online experiences

When you visit our websites or use web-based experiences we host, our servers or hosting providers may process technical request data needed to operate and secure the service. If you purchase or unlock a premium play experience, we may process the information needed to fulfill that purchase (such as contact details you provide and license status), as described at the point of purchase.

Third parties

We may use service providers to host our websites, process payments, or deliver email. Those providers process information only as needed to perform services for us. App Store distribution is operated by Apple; Apple’s privacy practices apply to App Store transactions and related Apple services.

Children’s privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal and security requirements. For support emails, we keep correspondence as needed to respond to you. For on-device app content such as photos and generated PDFs in EasyPix PDF, you control what remains on your device and what you delete or share.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our websites or apps after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
